Legends of the Pacific Luau Show
Presented by Tihati Productions. Exotic Polynesian dances and music of the Pacific Rim, highlighted by a luau buffet featuring kalua pig, roast chicken with mango and green peppercorn sauce, braised short ribs, tropical fruits, salads, fresh island fish, and island-style desserts.
View the imu (underground oven) preparation the morning of the show at 8 am.
Gate opens at 6 pm. Imu presentation at 6:40 pm followed by dinner. Show begins at 7:45 pm.
